ABOUT GRATITUDE

Research into the benefits of gratitude has been going on all over the world for decades and there is a reason – gratitude works! Studies at, among others, Harvard Medical School in the USA show that the structure of the brain changes when we focus on gratitude and through that we feel happier. But studies show that physical health is also improved by practicing gratitude. Recently, research has been started on gratitude in work and business life, as it has been seen that practicing gratitude not only makes the staff feel better and perform more – it also increases profitability!

The staff will learn facts about gratitude and how they can use simple methods to create a positive environment in the school to make the students feel better. The students get tools to practice gratitude themselves and knowledge of why they should practice.
